Cancellation Policy
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests Divinity & Co Hair Studio, we have implemented a 25% deposit at time of booking. please give 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice the 25% deposit will be kept to cover appointment missed .If you NO SHOW an appointments the 25% deposit will be kept and you will need to put a 50% deposit to re-book a future appointment. This deposit will be held and credited toward your next service.

Late Arrival
Our stylists schedule the appropriate amount of time for each service. If you are more than 15 minutes late the service requested may not be attainable/or cancelled.

Service Redo/ Product Return
At Divinity & Co Hair Studio we strive to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color please let us know within 7 days of your visit and we will be happy to correct the issue .

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with please let us know. Divinity will accept retail exchanges at full credit within 7 days from your initial purchase.
